Terrible Customer Service I ordered a 13'x13' Aluminum Pergola over 14 weeks ago. I tried emailing, calling and left voicemails for over 12 weeks but only finally received a response after leaving this review. When purchasing this pergola I was told the delivery time was between 8-12 weeks. So I lined up people to help me assemble/install it in early April when I expected to receive it. Given the order has still not arrived I no longer have the help I lined up and will most likely have to assemble by myself or wait a month for my help to free up again. I have lost confidence in this company before I have even received my order.

Excellent Pergola, Well Made and Beautiful I purchased a Hanso 8' x 10' pergola for my patio. I am incredibly happy with it. It is beautiful and easy to use. The installation was bit more complex than indicated but worth every bit of the time and energy needed to construct it. There were a few scratches on the aluminum in shipment. I was sent an excellent touchup kit that worked well. Hanso is an excellent product. I give it my highest recommendation.

Absolutely outstanding service from… Absolutely outstanding service from Hanso Home during a very challenging time for my family. We had initially purchased a pergola from them, but unfortunately had to cancel the order due to a fire at our home. Without hesitation, Hanso Home showed immense understanding and compassion towards our situation by refunding the full amount of the purchase, waiving any restocking fees that could have been applied. It's rare to encounter a company that stands so firmly beside its customers during their times of need. Their support has been a silver lining during these difficult times. I cannot recommend Hanso Home enough for not only their high-quality products but also their exceptional customer care and empathy. Five stars all the way!

Pergola is built like a rock. The pergolas (we bought two) are beautifully made and very substantial. Be ready for delivery with some strong people: the truck shows up and you've got to get a bunch of 100+ pound boxes off and put away. We hired a crew of 3 handymen and they had it done in 4-5 hours. Installed on a Trex deck; added 2x6s between the joists and bolted the posts all the way through.

Would have rated 5 stars Would have rated 5 stars, as every part of my interactions with Hanso were great.....until delivery. I realize that they don't do the delivery themselves, but the company hired to do the last mile delivery really dropped the ball. Specifically, they dispatched a semi to attempt delivery on my narrow residential street and ended up having to drop them a block away, in the rain!
