will update once the product is delivered 4/22 finally I got a call from a live person and gotten an update on the order. They use different phone numbers with different area codes than what is on their site. Originally I was told 8-10 weeks it is up to 10-12 weeks . which not a huge deal for me Total scam took money 5 weeks ago they can not find order. Phone number they gave to call cannot take calls . luckily this was on credit card. got an update on 4/11 will edit again if resolved

The customer service and sales staff…were excellent. The customer service and sales staff were very helpful, but we were never informed about the glitch of not being able to pull down the screen on the side of our pergola that has the louver crank. We are hoping that the way the installer was able to make some tweeks will allow us to use all four screens this summer.

Every part of my experience dealing… Every part of my experience dealing with Hanso has been perfect. The pergola fit together so snug without any hitches. It’s been up since before winter and has handled snow, rain and recently strong winds without any problems. No rattling in the wind, no drips in the rain. I would encourage anyone wanting a quality pergola to use Hanso. Only glitch I had was they initially sent base legs for electric that were much bigger than the legs for manual. They immediately sent out the proper parts and took back the other parts. The service phone line is immediately answered or they return your email with in one day. Again if you want a great product this is it.

We had initially purchased a pergola from them, but unfortunately had to cancel the order due to a fire at our home. Without hesitation, Hanso Home showed immense understanding and compassion towards our situation by refunding the full amount of the purchase, waiving any restocking fees that could have been applied. It's rare to encounter a company that stands so firmly beside its customers during their times of need. Their support has been a silver lining during these difficult times. Easy to assemble Easy to assemble, simple instructions, and beautiful when complete. Opening and closing is easy and no water gets through when closed. Highly recommend it to anyone who needs a little extra shade in their outdoor living area.
