Outstanding service Outstanding service. Our RV awning caught 50 MPH winds from a freak storm. It was ripped to shreds. Unfortunately I could not move the RV until we repaired the damage. You guys came thru with flying colors, realizing the urgency and rushing my parts. Happy to say my awning is once again active thanks in big part to you guys. Special shout out to Taylor Hennessy. Best customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

I needed my part ASAP I needed my part ASAP. I ordered online on Saturday, and it arrived on Tuesday. The only hiccup was that I never got an e-mail confirmation that it had shipped, and I had to request a status through the web site in Tuesday, thinking it had not shipped yet. By then, it was out for delivery, but because of my emergency I had ordered it again direct from the manufacturer with guaranteed next day delivery. Very fast, efficient service. Just could have used the information that it had shipped. I would definitely buy again!

Easy to order Easy to order, and received my part in a short time and sooner than I expected. The only problem was the part had some damage, I was still able to install it. Also had to down load instructions to be able to install it.
