GBI had a wind incident that destroyed… I had a wind incident that destroyed the idler arm on my awning. Numerous attempts to get one thru RV repair places didn't work as they told me I would have to buy the whole set. Just for fun I contacted CareFree and not only did they actually respond they contacted my RV manufacturer on my behalf to determine what arm I needed. I was impressed by their timeliness and willingness to truly help me out. And I was able to get what I needed not what some RV place wanted to sell me. Well done and thank you.

GBWhile parts were not in stock when ordered they were available and shipped a week earlier - supply chain must be efficient! Parts were not in stock when purchase was made online however the parts were available within 10 days after order placed and were shipped. Supply chain must be efficient with thus company.@

GBEasy to order Easy to order, and received my part in a short time and sooner than I expected. The only problem was the part had some damage, I was still able to install it. Also had to down load instructions to be able to install it.
