CRBest customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

He is currently attempting to identify my idler housing plastic covers. Parts have been received timely and appear to be correct (just received and haven’t attempted to install).

GBThe Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected The Plunger Kit arrived quicker than expected. Included were all the parts and hardware required to install the anti-billowing kit from scratch. Even the striker plate was in the package. Only problem... All the parts and bolts were inside a zip-loc plastic bag which came open during shipping. Every part, bolt, screw and seal was loose inside the box, some trapped under the bottom box flaps. Carefree even sent a .pdf (email) with instructions for kit installation and rigging. It is a real pleasure working with these folks!

GBvery difficult to find the correct part… very difficult to find the correct part # - had to go to a dealer to help and they had trouble too - ordering with the correct part# was easy - never got a tracking # and had to ask for one - got a quick reply part didn't ship yet but it showed up at the same afternoon 6 days after ordered - happy with part and timing just some obstacles to get there. Thank you!
