CRBest customer service I ordered the wrong motor just before I left the desert for Christmas holidays and an extended vacation, not returning until early February. Carefree arranged to send me a new return label and sent me the proper motor for my over the door awning. Great service.

GBvery difficult to find the correct part… very difficult to find the correct part # - had to go to a dealer to help and they had trouble too - ordering with the correct part# was easy - never got a tracking # and had to ask for one - got a quick reply part didn't ship yet but it showed up at the same afternoon 6 days after ordered - happy with part and timing just some obstacles to get there. Thank you!

GBEasy to order Easy to order, and received my part in a short time and sooner than I expected. The only problem was the part had some damage, I was still able to install it. Also had to down load instructions to be able to install it.
