Reached out to get some info on an… Reached out to get some info on an awning replacement for my rv over 2 months ago and have still have not heard back from them. Reached out for info on my certain model number awning before I purchased from their site to make sure I was ordering the correct item, but no response yet so went with another company that was very helpful. Their website gives a email address “info@rvcarefree” on their “contact us” page so I tried but they never responded back to my email on 9/26/23. Wish I could add a picture of my sent email which is date stamped and shows their email address since they are denying that I emailed them and saying that I contacted the wrong company in their reply below.

very difficult to find the correct part… very difficult to find the correct part # - had to go to a dealer to help and they had trouble too - ordering with the correct part# was easy - never got a tracking # and had to ask for one - got a quick reply part didn't ship yet but it showed up at the same afternoon 6 days after ordered - happy with part and timing just some obstacles to get there. Thank you!

I had a wind incident that destroyed… I had a wind incident that destroyed the idler arm on my awning. Numerous attempts to get one thru RV repair places didn't work as they told me I would have to buy the whole set. Just for fun I contacted CareFree and not only did they actually respond they contacted my RV manufacturer on my behalf to determine what arm I needed. I was impressed by their timeliness and willingness to truly help me out. And I was able to get what I needed not what some RV place wanted to sell me. Well done and thank you.
