I had a wind incident that destroyed… I had a wind incident that destroyed the idler arm on my awning. Numerous attempts to get one thru RV repair places didn't work as they told me I would have to buy the whole set. Just for fun I contacted CareFree and not only did they actually respond they contacted my RV manufacturer on my behalf to determine what arm I needed. I was impressed by their timeliness and willingness to truly help me out. And I was able to get what I needed not what some RV place wanted to sell me. Well done and thank you.

Outstanding service Outstanding service. Our RV awning caught 50 MPH winds from a freak storm. It was ripped to shreds. Unfortunately I could not move the RV until we repaired the damage.
