GBShipping time/process and customer… Shipping time/process and customer service for purchase was great. However, 3 rating due to design choice of Ariel bs prior NX2. Concerned that use of sensors on Ariel model will get scratched eventually by pool side coping and unit will not be long lasting as a result. We will see but thought NX2 spinning front wheels without reliance on sensor feature made more sense—just needed to improve front wheel gears design durability of NX2. But maybe Ariel new design is intended to establish new purchases shortly after 1-yr limited warranty expires and if unit does not last as long as NX2 did.

GBGreat customer service Great customer service in resolving any issues. We had an issue with our Ariel that was under warranty and they sent out a replacement. Living in central California pool maintenance is a constant, especially when you have neighbors with trees. The Ariel keeps our pool looking clean and sparkling. We don’t want to be without it.

GBLooks great but not up to par Looks great, but very inferior to the original solar breeze NX2 in terms of performance. I still have my original NX2 and it does 2-3 times the results. Might just be because the battery just lasts longer with the same amount of sun. The NX2 likely has more quality/reliability issues, but when it works, it works much better. Plus I love the chlorine tablet trays. I will not be getting another Arial and will just fixing my old one for as long as I can.

CYI bought an Ariel in August 2022 I bought an Ariel in August 2022, it stopped working in June 23, within the 12 month warranty, they agreed to send a replacement, said they would send the tracking number. Since then I have heard nothing, no replies to emails except the automated one. I am wondering if they are still in business. Very disappointed, our previous one lasted several years. Well my review produced a response, apology that my claim was misfiled & new one arrived today 10 Aug 23.
