I love the Ariel I love the Ariel. It doesn't seem to do as good a job as my old solar breeze. I run both of them at the same time and the old solar breeze seems to pick up more surface debris. The solar breeze also holds chlorine tablets, the Ariel doesn't. That being said, I still love the Ariel and it does a better job of curving away from the side of the pool instead of hitting the side head on.

Ariel rear motor replacement kit a snap to install and a great value! We are so happy to have our Pivot Pools Ariel automatic pool surface cleaner and we're bummed with the thought of replacing it when one of the back electric motors failed. I was relieved to find a replacement kit available on their web site. I ordered it and the kit arrived in a few days. I found the replacement quite simple and straightforward. Our Ariel is back in the pool working like new, for a fraction of the cost of a new model! Thanks Pivot Pool! You rock!

I recently purchased the solar powered… I recently purchased the solar powered leaf skimmer. It is very easy to use and the customer service department is great. I had a delivery problem when I made them aware it was corrected with the delivery service immediately. My pool is covered with multiple trees and shaded so I will need to figure out my timing to allow the skimmer to fully charge. I am excited about the skimmer and know it will really help me as my leaves start to fall.

The Solar Breeze Ariel is a wonder! The Solar Breeze Ariel is a great product and worth every penny if you have a pool anywhere near trees or flowers etc. The thing is tireless and efficient. If you have an issue, just as important, Customer Service is as good as it gets.

Shipping time/process and customer… Shipping time/process and customer service for purchase was great. However, 3 rating due to design choice of Ariel bs prior NX2. Concerned that use of sensors on Ariel model will get scratched eventually by pool side coping and unit will not be long lasting as a result. We will see but thought NX2 spinning front wheels without reliance on sensor feature made more sense—just needed to improve front wheel gears design durability of NX2. But maybe Ariel new design is intended to establish new purchases shortly after 1-yr limited warranty expires and if unit does not last as long as NX2 did.
