USGreat customer service Great customer service in resolving any issues. We had an issue with our Ariel that was under warranty and they sent out a replacement. Living in central California pool maintenance is a constant, especially when you have neighbors with trees. The Ariel keeps our pool looking clean and sparkling. We don’t want to be without it.

USMy order took entirely too long to… My order took entirely too long to arrive. It was ordered 12/19/23 and i received it 1/12/2024. Then I discovered that the wrong parts were sent to me. So I waited again for the right parts to come and finally received them on 1/24/2024. I want to add that Kristy was very responsive and helpful in getting the order rectified. I'm thankful that it was during a time when the pool was not being used. If it had been during the swim season, I would be way more critical of the process.

USI recently purchased the solar powered… I recently purchased the solar powered leaf skimmer. It is very easy to use and the customer service department is great. I had a delivery problem when I made them aware it was corrected with the delivery service immediately. My pool is covered with multiple trees and shaded so I will need to figure out my timing to allow the skimmer to fully charge. I am excited about the skimmer and know it will really help me as my leaves start to fall.

USI love the Ariel I love the Ariel. It doesn't seem to do as good a job as my old solar breeze. I run both of them at the same time and the old solar breeze seems to pick up more surface debris. The solar breeze also holds chlorine tablets, the Ariel doesn't. That being said, I still love the Ariel and it does a better job of curving away from the side of the pool instead of hitting the side head on.

US4th Solar Breeze Skimmer Arial is the 4th version of the solar skimmer. We purchased the first in 2018. My husband is obsessive about keeping the surface of our 38 year old pool clean, so this device has saved him countless hours he used to spend getting errant debris off the surface. My only request would be more options, especially in the mid-west, for getting models diagnosed and repaired. The last one cost us $600 and lasted 3 seasons. Is $200 per season worth it? Probably, but I also hate the idea of the old one going to landfill when it might have been salvageable.
