I'm very happy with the level of… I'm very happy with the level of professionalism with the customer service team. I've only had Arial for about 2 weeks now she's a workhorse, I noticed when her charge gets low she starts acting a little goofy ( going in circles and takes a time out until fully charged.

My order took entirely too long to… My order took entirely too long to arrive. It was ordered 12/19/23 and i received it 1/12/2024. Then I discovered that the wrong parts were sent to me. So I waited again for the right parts to come and finally received them on 1/24/2024. I want to add that Kristy was very responsive and helpful in getting the order rectified. I'm thankful that it was during a time when the pool was not being used. If it had been during the swim season, I would be way more critical of the process.

Ariel rear motor replacement kit a snap to install and a great value! We are so happy to have our Pivot Pools Ariel automatic pool surface cleaner and we're bummed with the thought of replacing it when one of the back electric motors failed. I was relieved to find a replacement kit available on their web site. I ordered it and the kit arrived in a few days. I found the replacement quite simple and straightforward. Our Ariel is back in the pool working like new, for a fraction of the cost of a new model! Thanks Pivot Pool! You rock!

I love the Ariel I love the Ariel. It doesn't seem to do as good a job as my old solar breeze. I run both of them at the same time and the old solar breeze seems to pick up more surface debris. The solar breeze also holds chlorine tablets, the Ariel doesn't. That being said, I still love the Ariel and it does a better job of curving away from the side of the pool instead of hitting the side head on.

Looks great but not up to par Looks great, but very inferior to the original solar breeze NX2 in terms of performance. I still have my original NX2 and it does 2-3 times the results. Might just be because the battery just lasts longer with the same amount of sun. The NX2 likely has more quality/reliability issues, but when it works, it works much better. Plus I love the chlorine tablet trays. I will not be getting another Arial and will just fixing my old one for as long as I can.
