CYI bought an Ariel in August 2022 I bought an Ariel in August 2022, it stopped working in June 23, within the 12 month warranty, they agreed to send a replacement, said they would send the tracking number. Since then I have heard nothing, no replies to emails except the automated one. I am wondering if they are still in business. Very disappointed, our previous one lasted several years. Well my review produced a response, apology that my claim was misfiled & new one arrived today 10 Aug 23.

USHappy to take your Money, but non-existent customer service Submitted 2 tickets with 6 follow-up emails over 15 days to their online inquiry/customer service email without a single response, after buying a $500 robot and a 12-mth warranty that broke in 3 mths. Terrible service and product, pivoting to the BBB and an attorney to handle from here. Buyer beware

US1ST Generation Solar Breeze Customer I am a 1st Generation Solar Breeze Customer. I bought the very 1st Solar Robotic pool skimmer when it came out years ago. I have been having them repaired and upgraded since. Ariel will probably be my last one, when I retire in 2030, my pool will be made into a miniature golf putting green. They are great for people who have pools and enjoy them. I would highly recommend Solar Breeze Robotic Pool Skimmer to anyone with a pool, it does the job.
