You won’t be disappointed… We did a lot of research before ordering our pergola from Pergoluxshop and it was so worth it. This company puts out a beautiful product and supports its customers. Our pergola arrived in perfect condition (excellent packaging) and with all hardware and pieces. We had no problems with assembly but rest assured if you have questions or need help with anything someone is available to provide assistance. Chris from Pergoluxshop checked in with us a couple times after delivery just to see how everything was going. Our pergola is beautiful and has really exceeded our expectations.

Awesome Pergola…Extraordinary Experience We got the PERGOLUX Skydance in Anthracite and it’s absolutely gorgeous. The entire thing is extremely sturdy and appears to be very well built. The remote controlled roof slights and light is just super cool and exactly what we wee looking for. I also want to give a shoutout to both PERGOLUX for their quick shipping (ordered on a Sunday and arrived on Saturday) and to Elite Tech Installs, especially Yuri and his team, (they installed it the day after it arrived)! Not only is this an awesome pergola but the shipping and install couldn’t have gone any better. We can’t wait for the Spring to start using it!

Yuri & Peter assemble and install this product every day! We wanted an installer who was familiar with it to eliminate any problems. You won't be disappointed in the quality, the service or the cost. Is it the cheapest, no. Is it the most expensive, no. It's a reasonable cost for the quality that you get. I was very impressed with the quality of the pergola from the thickness of the material to the coating, to the protection of it during packaging and shipping. It is engineered for pretty easy installment. The lighting and the heater are a great extra touch. And Melissa in customer service is awesome!

I can’t say enough good things about… I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Pergolux. There were a few items missing from my original order but the customer service team was on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything to complete the install. The product is amazing! It’s a great addition to our backyard.
