Great product I ordered a 10 X 13 pergola and received it within 5 days. It was missing some parts and one of the piece was damaged. After speaking to Melissa, she quickly send me the parts missing. Wow really nice quality. Took us 3-4 hours to put together, my 9 years old grandson could have put this together like a Lego project lol Great product Melissa was very helpful and pleasant

Pound for Pound - Hands Down! Pound for Pound - The Best - Not Even Close!!! I spent literally months shopping for a pergola. It was going to be a huge part of our overall backyard design that included a pool and kitchen. I researched wood types, steel types, alloy types. I needed something modern but not over the top and sturdy. I am in the Dallas area and we sometimes deal with hail storms. I needed to be able to have quick access to louvers to prevent damage. After months of detailed searching, I chose Pergolux Skydance. ---- couldn't be happier with my choice! You will not be disappointed!

I can’t say enough good things about… I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Pergolux. There were a few items missing from my original order but the customer service team was on the ball and went the extra mile to make sure I had everything to complete the install. The product is amazing! It’s a great addition to our backyard.

I was very much looking forward to… I was very much looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new pergola from Pergolux. Unfortunately, after placing our order and then checking with our condo association we found out that they do not permit the use or display of pergolas. I was very worried since we had already placed the order that we would not be able to cancel it. I am pleased to report that Melissa, in Customer Service responded to my email right away and helped me with the cancelation of my order. She was caring, understanding and refunded our money within a day's time. Due to her strong customer support, I will be ordering another one for my main home soon!

A must-have for every backyard! Our pergola arrived on time and was delivered right to our front porch. My husband and I set it up and the directions were easy to follow. We love having a contemporary outdoor space for entertaining guests and spending time outside! The shade is great, we love the remote control and lights. It’s high quality and sturdy! A must-have for every backyard!
