In the meantime, we have to mention the outstanding customer service interactions we have had via email and phone with Melissa and Kurtis. The delay was explained and all questions were answered with patience and understanding. It is obvious they really believe in their product and care deeply that their customers are satisfied. GBA must-have for every backyard! Our pergola arrived on time and was delivered right to our front porch. My husband and I set it up and the directions were easy to follow. We love having a contemporary outdoor space for entertaining guests and spending time outside! The shade is great, we love the remote control and lights. It’s high quality and sturdy! A must-have for every backyard!

GBHigh expectations met! I bought the Skydance model. Strong product with a durable finish. Had a couple of bumps along the way with shipping but incredibly happy with the finished project. GBPergolux made me look like a genius to my wife 😀 Forget all the online research and just order from Pergolux and have it installed by elite tech. Yuri & Peter assemble and install this product every day! We wanted an installer who was familiar with it to eliminate any problems. You won't be disappointed in the quality, the service or the cost. Is it the cheapest, no. Is it the most expensive, no. It's a reasonable cost for the quality that you get. I was very impressed with the quality of the pergola from the thickness of the material to the coating, to the protection of it during packaging and shipping. It is engineered for pretty easy installment. The lighting and the heater are a great extra touch. And Melissa in customer service is awesome!

GBGreat product I ordered a 10 X 13 pergola and received it within 5 days. It was missing some parts and one of the piece was damaged. After speaking to Melissa, she quickly send me the parts missing. Wow really nice quality. Took us 3-4 hours to put together, my 9 years old grandson could have put this together like a Lego project lol Great product Melissa was very helpful and pleasant
