Just ordered two 10x10 Pergolas Just ordered two 10x10 Pergolas, very excited to receive them. Their customer service is exceptional, they are even available over the weekends to help select product. Melissa helped us choose two 10x10 vs cutting down the 13x9, I live in Oklahoma where we have high wind, so she said it would definitely be stronger not to mention much easier to assemble.

I was very much looking forward to… I was very much looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new pergola from Pergolux. Unfortunately, after placing our order and then checking with our condo association we found out that they do not permit the use or display of pergolas. I was very worried since we had already placed the order that we would not be able to cancel it. I am pleased to report that Melissa, in Customer Service responded to my email right away and helped me with the cancelation of my order. She was caring, understanding and refunded our money within a day's time. Due to her strong customer support, I will be ordering another one for my main home soon!

High expectations met! I bought the Skydance model. Strong product with a durable finish. Had a couple of bumps along the way with shipping but incredibly happy with the finished project. I anticipate the product will have a long service life. Having piece of mind knowing it is such a durable product is what I was looking for. Great job Pergolux!

Lead times on website are incorrect We ordered our pergola in March since the website said it would be delivered in 5-15 days. After having to reach out to get a delivery estimate, we found out that it was back-ordered and we likely won't get it until July. It is really frustrating because the reason we went with Pergolux is to have the pergola in time to enjoy during the spring/summer. Also customer service responsiveness has been inconsistent.
