You won’t be disappointed… We did a lot of research before ordering our pergola from Pergoluxshop and it was so worth it. This company puts out a beautiful product and supports its customers. Our pergola arrived in perfect condition (excellent packaging) and with all hardware and pieces. We had no problems with assembly but rest assured if you have questions or need help with anything someone is available to provide assistance. Chris from Pergoluxshop checked in with us a couple times after delivery just to see how everything was going. Our pergola is beautiful and has really exceeded our expectations.

I am completely satisfied with the final product. The quality is excellent. The integrated LED lighting is amazing from dim to fully lit. I am very happy that we also opted to add a screen for some additional sun protection. The insulation was a 2-day process removing the pavers and pouring the footings on day one and installing the pergola on day two. Elite Tech Installs really is a class act professional installation Company. They know the Pergolux product very well and we are now looking forward to many years of enjoyment with our pergola.

Lead times on website are incorrect We ordered our pergola in March since the website said it would be delivered in 5-15 days. After having to reach out to get a delivery estimate, we found out that it was back-ordered and we likely won't get it until July. It is really frustrating because the reason we went with Pergolux is to have the pergola in time to enjoy during the spring/summer. Also customer service responsiveness has been inconsistent.

High expectations met! I bought the Skydance model. Strong product with a durable finish. Had a couple of bumps along the way with shipping but incredibly happy with the finished project. I anticipate the product will have a long service life. Having piece of mind knowing it is such a durable product is what I was looking for. Great job Pergolux!
