USRight after I placed my order Right after I placed my order, my pool service told me I ordered the wrong part. Three times within 12 hours I reached out to support@wildwestpoolsupplies to CANCEL the order #356241 with no response until after the part shipped. Only then did Hannah reply with a note saying it is too late to cancel the order and I must refuse the order upon delivery. If I am unable to do so at that time then they would have to arrange for a return which I would have to pay for. Total Crap !!!

USTerrible Return Policies Purchased Custom Molded Products 1.5in Ball Valve Handle | 25800-151-130. Did not fit my application. I purchased correctly as the handle should have fit my 1.5" ball valve. The valve type was correct and my ball valve is 1.5" however it would not slide over. I contacted Wild West for help and a possible return and they basically stuck it to me with their terrible return policy stating they advertised it correctly even though as advertised it mentions nothing about it not fitting 1.5" valves in some instances. I am not the only one who shared this experience there is a review from Thomas V with the exact same issue. Would not refund original shipping and made me pay for return. It was not worth it to return the item as i would have received a refund for $1. Also their original Outbound freight was way over priced at $9.95. My cost to ship back in a bubble envelope USPS with tracking would have been $4.

GBWildWest Pool Cowboys: Not advised of import costs and taxes… Not advised of import costs and taxes meaning that the price paid is nowhere near competitive. Further frustrated by a 3-week delivery time as it was then shipped from the USA to the UK. Standard e-commerce practice dictates that shipping and risk of taxes, and import costs should be adivsed of at the point of purchase. In the case of Wild West pool supplies did not show this information anywhere through the purchase process. They then do NOT say its coming from anywhere outside of the resident country so the buyer is left unaware. They hide behind having a one liner buryed in their T's & C's. This is contraty to US and EU advice.

USThese guys have earned my trust through… These guys have earned my trust through prompt service and great prices. I just order a new pool heater yesterday. I received it this morning via freight. Unbelievable. These guys rock!

USGreat Company The company shipped the correct items very quickly. I am very grateful for this. Unfortunately, one of the items was defective. A warranty claim was established immediately but it took a while to obtain approval from Hayward. Once the approval was obtained, the replacement part was shipped immediately. All companies are having parts distribution issues. If they offer me a substitute, it is up to me to decided whether to accept or decline. I feel Wild West Pool Supplies is a great company. I will use them again.
