Awful customer service I ordered motor and cancelled within a few hours - they replied saying it was too late. Comically they forgot that the UPS tracking includes shipping time. UPS showed that they shipped it a few hours after that email - meaning they knowingly shipped something i cancelled. Hoping that i wouldn't return...customer service rep John S was rude - typical garbage company

So far, so good! Pump was delivered quickly, installation was not difficult, and my old Pentair plumbing matched the new Pureline pump dimensions. Motor runs well and programming the variable speed was easy and it works fine. Three minor imperfections: (1) the threading on the motor did not fit the threading on the electrical conduit connector very well (plus the Pureline motor requires a straight connector which is a bit awkward), (2) there is already a chip in the clear plastic filter cover which is hopefully not a sign of a future problem, and (3) despite the fact that this is an Energy Star rated pump, there is no Energy Star sticker on the pump (which is required for me to get a rebate from my local power company). For the great price of the pump, these are minor problems and the real test will be how durable the pump and motor are in the long run. So far, so good!

Defective pump Edit I received a replacement pump and it works great. I didn't have to return the defective pump. 4 stars as the whole process took 3 weeks. Ordered a new pump and it was defective. I requested for a return and refund twice within the 30 days. I still not received any email about returning for 10 days.
