Product arrived with no instructions, chat agent was no help. I ordered a pool " start up kit" to balance my pool water after we had to drain it to do some surface patching. No instructions at all, a bunch of bottles and packets and no idea what to do with them. Engaged chat agent, sat here forever waiting for canned type answers with no real answer to my question. I am a repeat customer and was just getting ready to order a pool heater from them, thank goodness I learned they place zero value on their customers before doing that !

Unfortunately, was told I would have to pay return shipping7 days later. Between the time I spent chatting with a remote agent and trying to get my refund, I learned a valuable lesson and hope to save you the hassle and cost. This company may be a good local store, but no real logistics/infrastructure to manage national business. My advice is stay with more structured companies like Amazon or Ebay.

Excellent customer service and fast shipping I needed to replace the Century 1.5 HP motor on my Hayward Super Pump. I found this company through one of their instructional YouTube videos. Their automated AI Chatbot pointed me to a different motor, so I asked a human representative from this company's online chat service for help. He immediately provided me with a link to the correct motor as well as the tune-up kit I needed for my pump. He even placed everything in my shopping cart for me, making the process super easy. I received my order in just a few days. The new pump arrived via UPS in perfect condition. Thanks to this company's educational videos on YouTube, I was able to successfully replace the motor myself without problems, saving me a lot of money over having a local pool company install it for me. Highly recommend this company for swimming pool pumps and motors!
