USCrappy company Ordered the wrong KW spa heater, that's on me. I called their "customer service" (not) dept and explained that I had ordered the wrong one on line. The said as long as the box was not opened they would take it back and refund my money ($899.97). I took pictures of the heater as received and emailed it to customer service. They said they would accept a return and gave me an RMA. I then shipped it back. Heard nothing so I called to confirm they had received it which they agreed they did and that it was not damaged. Customer Service (not) said I should expect my refund in 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks I called back and was told it would be handled that day. It was not. I called back 2 days later (giving them the benefit of the doubt) as it was still not handled. Customer Service said that "Sean" was the only one that could Authorize the return of the money and they would contact him (it must be "Sean" that gave the RMA then, right?). Still no refund. I asked for "Sean's" number which they gave me, spoke to Sean and he said it would be handled that day as he had been too busy. Still no refund even though they confirmed (as did UPS) that they had the heater. I finally queried the charge thru my Credit Card Company and received my refund. What a waste of time.

GBSERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND… SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. I ordered parts on 18th August .... nothing arrived...called...they said it had not been processed and would process immediately...nothing arrived....emailed and requested refund...they confirmed it would be done...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day... no refund... I dont know how companies like this get away with it.

USI contacted Pools Etc to order a custom… I contacted Pools Etc to order a custom liner for my 30k gallon pool. My contact was Denise and wow, best price I could find on a 30 mil liner. Denise was thorough and prompt with replies and updates. My liner was made and delivered in less than a week! Most suppliers did not even call me back in that amount of time. The liner fit perfectly and the accessories I ordered were delivered just in time. Thanks, Denise and Nicole for a great experience.

USThus far I have had a pretty good… Thus far I have had a pretty good experience. I really can't give a completed review as of yet because I am still waiting to receive my liner. Not that, they are slow but that we are still in the order processing stage. I will say however, that Denise Gibson represented the company well. She went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed and her customer service was top notch, very professional.
