USOrdered liner on 5-29 Ordered liner on 5-29, was in-stock, in stock orders ship same day. Web-site shows not shipped. Also web-site state, cc not charged until shipped, cc was charged on 5-29.. Use these guys in the past and was ok. Communication and web information horrible. Going to open a dispute with mastercard if no info and no product by next Wednesday. Update: Shaun did respond, item is on it's way, verified by tracking number..

USPoolsinc replacement liner See some bad reviews on this site about Poolsinc.com, something must have happened or maybe a supply chain problem with the pandemic, but my dealing with Poolsinc.com could not have been any better! I ordered my liner before the pandemic hit but placed the order and liner came in one week later. Customer service was very good during the process, just installed the liner two days ago because of a ground water problem. This liner is a beautiful well made liner, it is an absolute perfect fit, could not be any better. This is coming from a person that did pool installation and liner replacement for over 30 years befoe retiring. The transaction process and quality of the liner could not be any better and the price was very reasonable. If I need another liner in the future, will definitely use Poolsinc.com again. Just one man's opinion.

USReturning customer We just installed our second pool purchased from Pools Etc. Inc. and could not be happier. The only reason for getting a new pool was that our family outgrew the original one. We fully expected that it would take longer to receive our order due to the pandemic, but we were pleasantly surprised that we received our pool in a weeks time. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you

USStill have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO… Still have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ON A 2xxx.xx purchase every time I calll Debbie or Larry answers talking about they are going to have Shawn call or email but he’s hasn’t. Pool was supposed to be her ‘this week but now they saying next week I asked before I purchased the delivery time due to covid19 and they said up to 7 business days I still don’t have a tracking number and no info. I called today and if Shawn doesn’t call I’m thinking about a full refund. It really is sad that they SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FIOR OVER soo many year with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !

USlong wait and no delivery. Ordered a pool accessory received order confirmation. Waited a week called and told item was in stock they would ship today and send tracking number. No tracking number sent. Called again same scenario. Called after a month and cancelled. Will order from other source or buy local.
