GBReturning customer We just installed our second pool purchased from Pools Etc. Inc. and could not be happier. The only reason for getting a new pool was that our family outgrew the original one. We fully expected that it would take longer to receive our order due to the pandemic, but we were pleasantly surprised that we received our pool in a weeks time. GBIt's too bad I didn't read the reviews… It's too bad I didn't read the reviews here before ordering an above-ground winter cover from this obviously scam outfit! They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool. STAY AWAY FROM "POOLS INC." AKA "POOLS ETC." AKA "RECDISCOUNT.COM"

GBPoolsinc replacement liner See some bad reviews on this site about Poolsinc.com, something must have happened or maybe a supply chain problem with the pandemic, but my dealing with Poolsinc.com could not have been any better! I ordered my liner before the pandemic hit but placed the order and liner came in one week later. Customer service was very good during the process, just installed the liner two days ago because of a ground water problem. This liner is a beautiful well made liner, it is an absolute perfect fit, could not be any better. This is coming from a person that did pool installation and liner replacement for over 30 years befoe retiring. The transaction process and quality of the liner could not be any better and the price was very reasonable. If I need another liner in the future, will definitely use Poolsinc.com again. Just one man's opinion.

GBPool liner I ordered our liner April 23rd, 2022. Two days later I was contacted for the inground exact measurements and sent them in and then my inground customer ordered pool liner was deliver the following Saturday. So all in all 7 days for manufacturing and delivery!!! Denise kept in contact with me and sent me the tracking ID for the shipment the day it was shipped and then it was delivered two days earlier than expected. I was nervous because this was our first time ordering a pool liner online but we had a great experience and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

GBCrappy company Ordered the wrong KW spa heater, that's on me. I called their "customer service" (not) dept and explained that I had ordered the wrong one on line. The said as long as the box was not opened they would take it back and refund my money ($899.97). I took pictures of the heater as received and emailed it to customer service. They said they would accept a return and gave me an RMA. I then shipped it back. Heard nothing so I called to confirm they had received it which they agreed they did and that it was not damaged. Customer Service (not) said I should expect my refund in 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks I called back and was told it would be handled that day. It was not. I called back 2 days later (giving them the benefit of the doubt) as it was still not handled. Customer Service said that "Sean" was the only one that could Authorize the return of the money and they would contact him (it must be "Sean" that gave the RMA then, right?). Still no refund. I asked for "Sean's" number which they gave me, spoke to Sean and he said it would be handled that day as he had been too busy. Still no refund even though they confirmed (as did UPS) that they had the heater. I finally queried the charge thru my Credit Card Company and received my refund. What a waste of time.
