DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a hand held vacume from Pools inc. There was NO communication at all. It just showed up about a week late. I called and called to get a return authorization. Finally got one, sent back unopened and was told that I would get a credit immediately. That was 50 days ago. Had to call credit card company to have them remove. Have had 17 email exchanges and several phone calls. Cannot get my $160 refund. I was promised repeatedly by Deb and Sean. I will be filing with BBB and state Attorney General.

POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations I would say POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations. The website stated 2-3 week lead (I called and confirmed before buying also) We placed the order on 05-05-21 and we received the liner on 05-08-21. Everything about this transaction was pleasant from speaking with them on the phone to the nice surprise delivery from Fedex this morning. Could not be happier with this experience! Now to install the pool!!

Poolsinc replacement liner See some bad reviews on this site about Poolsinc.com, something must have happened or maybe a supply chain problem with the pandemic, but my dealing with Poolsinc.com could not have been any better! I ordered my liner before the pandemic hit but placed the order and liner came in one week later. Customer service was very good during the process, just installed the liner two days ago because of a ground water problem. This liner is a beautiful well made liner, it is an absolute perfect fit, could not be any better. This is coming from a person that did pool installation and liner replacement for over 30 years befoe retiring. The transaction process and quality of the liner could not be any better and the price was very reasonable. If I need another liner in the future, will definitely use Poolsinc.com again. Just one man's opinion.

Thus far I have had a pretty good… Thus far I have had a pretty good experience. I really can't give a completed review as of yet because I am still waiting to receive my liner. Not that, they are slow but that we are still in the order processing stage. I will say however, that Denise Gibson represented the company well. She went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed and her customer service was top notch, very professional.

long wait and no delivery. Ordered a pool accessory received order confirmation. Waited a week called and told item was in stock they would ship today and send tracking number. No tracking number sent. Called again same scenario. Called after a month and cancelled. Will order from other source or buy local.
