POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations I would say POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations. The website stated 2-3 week lead (I called and confirmed before buying also) We placed the order on 05-05-21 and we received the liner on 05-08-21. Everything about this transaction was pleasant from speaking with them on the phone to the nice surprise delivery from Fedex this morning. Could not be happier with this experience! Now to install the pool!!

Thus far I have had a pretty good… Thus far I have had a pretty good experience. I really can't give a completed review as of yet because I am still waiting to receive my liner. Not that, they are slow but that we are still in the order processing stage. I will say however, that Denise Gibson represented the company well. She went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed and her customer service was top notch, very professional.

Excellent experience I read the website before ordering and understood they are the middle man between multiple warehouses. I received my pool in less than 10 days from ordering. My liner took a bit longer, but Courtney worked very hard at keeping me updated on any information she could get from the warehouse. Liner unexpectedly arrived today. I allowed extra time when I ordered my pool and accessories for summer, because of shortages everywhere. The company was not bad to work with customer support was great.

The service was excellent The service was excellent. We worked with Denise Gibson. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. There were mistakes (on our end) with the measurements and she immediately reached out to discuss them to ensure the liner would fit perfectly. She answered all my questions and helped me choose the best option for us. Our new liner came incredibly fast. It looks amazing in our pool. We would highly recommend this company.

I am happy to say, that I am very satisfied with the customer service and chats that I have had with these goods people. I hope all is well with others, and this just says when in doubt, take a chance it may just work out in your favor! Oklahoman proud of doing business with this company.
