GBI contacted Pools Etc to order a custom… I contacted Pools Etc to order a custom liner for my 30k gallon pool. My contact was Denise and wow, best price I could find on a 30 mil liner. Denise was thorough and prompt with replies and updates. My liner was made and delivered in less than a week! Most suppliers did not even call me back in that amount of time. The liner fit perfectly and the accessories I ordered were delivered just in time. Thanks, Denise and Nicole for a great experience.

GBDO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a hand held vacume from Pools inc. There was NO communication at all. It just showed up about a week late. I called and called to get a return authorization. Finally got one, sent back unopened and was told that I would get a credit immediately. That was 50 days ago. Had to call credit card company to have them remove. Have had 17 email exchanges and several phone calls. Cannot get my $160 refund. I was promised repeatedly by Deb and Sean. I will be filing with BBB and state Attorney General.

GBWe chose to order from Pools Etc We chose to order from Pools Etc. I read reviews and decided that I would give them a chance regardless of others comments.... I am happy to say, that I am very satisfied with the customer service and chats that I have had with these goods people. I hope all is well with others, and this just says when in doubt, take a chance it may just work out in your favor! Oklahoman proud of doing business with this company.

GBOrdered liner on 5-29 Ordered liner on 5-29, was in-stock, in stock orders ship same day. Web-site shows not shipped. Also web-site state, cc not charged until shipped, cc was charged on 5-29.. Use these guys in the past and was ok. Communication and web information horrible. Going to open a dispute with mastercard if no info and no product by next Wednesday. Update: Shaun did respond, item is on it's way, verified by tracking number..
