Corrupt Business Practices They lie about products being shipped in two weeks, after two weeks they tell you another two weeks etc. They also lie about refunding your money. I’m on month 3 of no product and no refund. Wish I would have researched reviews before doing business with them. A bunch of scam artist & sad the president of the corporation is a retired attorney. Excellent experience I read the website before ordering and understood they are the middle man between multiple warehouses. I received my pool in less than 10 days from ordering. My liner took a bit longer, but Courtney worked very hard at keeping me updated on any information she could get from the warehouse. Liner unexpectedly arrived today. I allowed extra time when I ordered my pool and accessories for summer, because of shortages everywhere. The company was not bad to work with customer support was great.

POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations I would say POOLSINC.COM far exceeded my expectations. The website stated 2-3 week lead (I called and confirmed before buying also) We placed the order on 05-05-21 and we received the liner on 05-08-21. Everything about this transaction was pleasant from speaking with them on the phone to the nice surprise delivery from Fedex this morning. Could not be happier with this experience! Now to install the pool!!

It's too bad I didn't read the reviews… It's too bad I didn't read the reviews here before ordering an above-ground winter cover from this obviously scam outfit! They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool. STAY AWAY FROM "POOLS INC." AKA "POOLS ETC." AKA "RECDISCOUNT.COM"

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought a hand held vacume from Pools inc. There was NO communication at all. It just showed up about a week late. I called and called to get a return authorization. Finally got one, sent back unopened and was told that I would get a credit immediately. That was 50 days ago. Had to call credit card company to have them remove. Have had 17 email exchanges and several phone calls. Cannot get my $160 refund. I was promised repeatedly by Deb and Sean. I will be filing with BBB and state Attorney General.
