I ordered parts on 18th August .... nothing arrived...called...they said it had not been processed and would process immediately...nothing arrived....emailed and requested refund...they confirmed it would be done...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day... no refund... I dont know how companies like this get away with it.

Ordered liner on 5-29 Ordered liner on 5-29, was in-stock, in stock orders ship same day. Web-site shows not shipped. Also web-site state, cc not charged until shipped, cc was charged on 5-29.. Use these guys in the past and was ok. Communication and web information horrible. Going to open a dispute with mastercard if no info and no product by next Wednesday. Update: Shaun did respond, item is on it's way, verified by tracking number..

Returning customer We just installed our second pool purchased from Pools Etc. Inc. and could not be happier. The only reason for getting a new pool was that our family outgrew the original one. We fully expected that it would take longer to receive our order due to the pandemic, but we were pleasantly surprised that we received our pool in a weeks time. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so. Thank you

It's too bad I didn't read the reviews… It's too bad I didn't read the reviews here before ordering an above-ground winter cover from this obviously scam outfit! They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool. STAY AWAY FROM "POOLS INC." AKA "POOLS ETC." AKA "RECDISCOUNT.COM"

Excellent experience I read the website before ordering and understood they are the middle man between multiple warehouses. I received my pool in less than 10 days from ordering. My liner took a bit longer, but Courtney worked very hard at keeping me updated on any information she could get from the warehouse. Liner unexpectedly arrived today. I allowed extra time when I ordered my pool and accessories for summer, because of shortages everywhere. The company was not bad to work with customer support was great.
