Pool liner I ordered our liner April 23rd, 2022. Two days later I was contacted for the inground exact measurements and sent them in and then my inground customer ordered pool liner was deliver the following Saturday. So all in all 7 days for manufacturing and delivery!!! Denise kept in contact with me and sent me the tracking ID for the shipment the day it was shipped and then it was delivered two days earlier than expected. I was nervous because this was our first time ordering a pool liner online but we had a great experience and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

Excellent experience I read the website before ordering and understood they are the middle man between multiple warehouses. I received my pool in less than 10 days from ordering. My liner took a bit longer, but Courtney worked very hard at keeping me updated on any information she could get from the warehouse. Liner unexpectedly arrived today. I allowed extra time when I ordered my pool and accessories for summer, because of shortages everywhere. The company was not bad to work with customer support was great.

SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND… SERIOUSLY DISHONEST COMPANY AND EMPLOYEES. I ordered parts on 18th August .... nothing arrived...called...they said it had not been processed and would process immediately...nothing arrived....emailed and requested refund...they confirmed it would be done...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day...no refund...called...they confirmed refund by end of day... no refund... I dont know how companies like this get away with it.

Happy Customer I have been more than happy with the service and quality of the product from this company. This is the second liner that I have purchased and the fit has been perfect. Denise was helpful and made the ordering process easy. I needed a new liner last year, but delayed ordering because, due to all of the variables associated with Covid, the estimated time was 6 weeks. I expected a delay this time too, but was pleasantly surprised when my liner arrived the same week that I ordered it! I will order from this company again.
