GBThus far I have had a pretty good… Thus far I have had a pretty good experience. I really can't give a completed review as of yet because I am still waiting to receive my liner. Not that, they are slow but that we are still in the order processing stage. I will say however, that Denise Gibson represented the company well. She went out of her way to assist me in finding what I needed and her customer service was top notch, very professional.

GBStill have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO… Still have no TRACKING NUMBER OR INFO ON A 2xxx.xx purchase every time I calll Debbie or Larry answers talking about they are going to have Shawn call or email but he’s hasn’t. Pool was supposed to be her ‘this week but now they saying next week I asked before I purchased the delivery time due to covid19 and they said up to 7 business days I still don’t have a tracking number and no info. I called today and if Shawn doesn’t call I’m thinking about a full refund. It really is sad that they SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FIOR OVER soo many year with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS !

GBIt's too bad I didn't read the reviews… It's too bad I didn't read the reviews here before ordering an above-ground winter cover from this obviously scam outfit! They shipped me a different winter cover than the one I ordered and then basically refused to do anything about it. This was plainly the wrong product, and the people answering the phones acted like they couldn't do anything about the situation. We are contesting the charge with our credit card company. The cover we received is still in its box. We had to order the correct cover again from a different source and it is now on our pool. STAY AWAY FROM "POOLS INC." AKA "POOLS ETC." AKA "RECDISCOUNT.COM"

GBHappy Customer I have been more than happy with the service and quality of the product from this company. This is the second liner that I have purchased and the fit has been perfect. Denise was helpful and made the ordering process easy. I needed a new liner last year, but delayed ordering because, due to all of the variables associated with Covid, the estimated time was 6 weeks. I expected a delay this time too, but was pleasantly surprised when my liner arrived the same week that I ordered it! I will order from this company again.
