Constantly cancelling and rescheduling jobs. Well, first maybe you need more provider's for your company. Second, how do you stay afloat when the lawn mowing jobs get cancelled repeatedly and last maybe you need to pay the peeps doing the work more for incentive to get the job done.

Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff

Great service at a great price through one neighbor… Great service at a great price through one neighbor-used one neighbor to have my yard cut and manicured. The individual who came out is talented and worked very quickly and thoroughly and did a absolute great job on my yard. I highly recommend going through one neighbor to get things like that to make your life easier for an awesome price.

DO NOT USE!!! Same as other reviews. Unreliable. Constantly rescheduling. Not showing up. Submitting pics of job done from other people’s property. My backyard grass is 2 feet tall! And yet I’m constantly being billed. If I could could give -5 stars, I would. Save yourself a huge headache. Don’t waste your time.

I was scheduled and rescheduled by… I was scheduled and rescheduled by other companies for a lot higher price and then I found One Neighbor!!! They came out when they said they would and my lawn looks absolutely amazing! The crew was professional and so nice - Thank You One Neighbor❤️ 10 stars in my book!!!
