Do not walk, run to another vendor. If I could rate them zero or less I would. The service may be nice from a technology standpoint, but the service delivery is horrific. OneNeighbor contracts with independent lawn crews who are unreliable, do poor work, or, as was the case today, try to report cutting a lawn that was done by my new vendor yesterday. Last week, they missed the scheduled service date by 5 days, causing it to be done after a 50% increase in the cost of their service went into effect. The lawn was very poorly cut, in fact so badly they issued a partial refund. Skip this firm unless you enjoy headache after headache.

We tried them 3-4 times and they roll over everything while mowing, tear up water cans, rain gutter extensions, don't clean up after themselves, never smile. Big or small, not happy with their services. We chose to cancel the services (very hard to hear the people on the phone) and noone asked why or apologized for our experiences with their services. I could have given them many referrals but based on the people they sent to our home, I can not comfortably recommend them.

I reminded them when they scheduled w/o my consultation. I was told that was too bad. Nothing they can do. OK, well I can dispute any charge to my card.

We get a weekly cut at our house in… We get a weekly cut at our house in Mckinney for months and service is great. The vendor for our neighborhood is Angel Landscaping. Angel has been very reliable and our lawn looks great week to week. The price is very affordable and much less than everyone else. We've recommended one neighbor to our neighbors and now pretty much everyone on our street is a customer. Very happy customer.

My credit card charges/prices went up… My credit card charges/prices went up with out notice and no consent sought whether or not acceptable to customers. Very bad service- several times they left wide tracks or uncut grass. No way to reach anybody. The emails are auto generated and sent out late and no one monitors for responses. I don't recommend.
