GBI requested leaf clean up I requested leaf clean up. I let OneNeighbor know before they scheduled anyone that the date would need to be agreed because the service provider would need access to the backyard. I reminded them when they scheduled w/o my consultation. I was told that was too bad. Nothing they can do. OK, well I can dispute any charge to my card.

GBSo far So far, so good! I love that there are zero contracts and that the pricing is competitive. The ability to easily access my account, view scheduled appointments, and add services all through an app is a far superior user experience than any lawn care company's website could be.

GBDo not walk, run to another vendor. If I could rate them zero or less I would. The service may be nice from a technology standpoint, but the service delivery is horrific. OneNeighbor contracts with independent lawn crews who are unreliable, do poor work, or, as was the case today, try to report cutting a lawn that was done by my new vendor yesterday. Last week, they missed the scheduled service date by 5 days, causing it to be done after a 50% increase in the cost of their service went into effect. The lawn was very poorly cut, in fact so badly they issued a partial refund. Skip this firm unless you enjoy headache after headache.

GBNon-Responsive and Unreliable While previously I've had good experiences with OneNeighbor, that is no longer the case. I've been trying to get my lawn mowed for 2 weeks through OneNeighbor. Over the 2 weeks, we were assigned to 2 different service providers, my service was rescheduled 8 times. I called and emailed several times and never got any emails or calls back. I was still charged despite no service being provided. I have lost complete faith in their services and could not recommend them less.

GBOur experience with one neighbor lawn… Our experience with one neighbor lawn mowing service has been excellent. The service provider for our neighborhood, Angel Landscaping, is always on time and our yard always looks pristine. He takes pride in his work. Previous lawn companies charged us $30-$40 per week to cut our lawn. Now we're paying $23 a week and the lawn looks better than ever.
