GBThe mower scalps the grass Grass is scalped by the scythe. Regarding cleanup, he performed inadequately. Furthermore, upon terminating the service, I am promptly billed $30.00 for an unnecessary charge. They are free to retain the $30. Perhaps these negative evaluations will put them out of business eventually.

GBAbsolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff

GBSo far So far, so good! I love that there are zero contracts and that the pricing is competitive. The ability to easily access my account, view scheduled appointments, and add services all through an app is a far superior user experience than any lawn care company's website could be.

GBScam So, took about 3 weeks or so for someone to come out. Once someone actually comes, he decides to mow my neighbors grass that was 12 inches high so they could charge the long grass fee. Then, he failed to mow the edges. Paid 125 because their first assigned guy had 'equipment' issues then scheduled the next almost another week thereafter. Either buy your lawnmower, or get an actual individual bc neither Lawnstarter, nor One neighbor is worth it.

GBDo not walk, run to another vendor. If I could rate them zero or less I would. The service may be nice from a technology standpoint, but the service delivery is horrific. OneNeighbor contracts with independent lawn crews who are unreliable, do poor work, or, as was the case today, try to report cutting a lawn that was done by my new vendor yesterday. Last week, they missed the scheduled service date by 5 days, causing it to be done after a 50% increase in the cost of their service went into effect. The lawn was very poorly cut, in fact so badly they issued a partial refund. Skip this firm unless you enjoy headache after headache.
