My credit card charges/prices went up… My credit card charges/prices went up with out notice and no consent sought whether or not acceptable to customers. Very bad service- several times they left wide tracks or uncut grass. No way to reach anybody. The emails are auto generated and sent out late and no one monitors for responses. I don't recommend.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed… Unfortunately we were very disappointed with their services. We tried them 3-4 times and they roll over everything while mowing, tear up water cans, rain gutter extensions, don't clean up after themselves, never smile. Big or small, not happy with their services. We chose to cancel the services (very hard to hear the people on the phone) and noone asked why or apologized for our experiences with their services. I could have given them many referrals but based on the people they sent to our home, I can not comfortably recommend them.

Absolutely horrible customer service Absolutely horrible customer service. Their lawn crews will cancel and reschedule more than they’ll actually show up to cut your lawn. Then when you complain about it, you just get the runaround from their service staff

Non-Responsive and Unreliable While previously I've had good experiences with OneNeighbor, that is no longer the case. I've been trying to get my lawn mowed for 2 weeks through OneNeighbor. Over the 2 weeks, we were assigned to 2 different service providers, my service was rescheduled 8 times. I called and emailed several times and never got any emails or calls back. I was still charged despite no service being provided. I have lost complete faith in their services and could not recommend them less.

This one neighbor service is best thing… This one neighbor service is best thing since sliced bread. Easy to pick services needed for my home, great variety and options not commonly found anywhere else. Easy to modify changes are immediate. I use the lawn cutting service and can add services as needed. Great job cutting lawn and very competitive pricing. Would recommend to friend
