GBPoor products and no quality control of plants or seeds Received an order in February 2024 (Order 22188772 - SO010900769) which included very poor rhubarb plants- crowns and buds and old sweetcorn seeds packed year end 2022. Planted rhubarb and 2 plants survived in a total of 7. Photos taken and uploaded. Offered replacement to be delivered 2025! Chased this up and requested refund instead. Hopefully will receive this in next 5 days. Sweetcorn seeds (Late Sativa and Medzi) sent again. Medzi seeds have been updated but Late Sativa are still year end 2022. Phoned customer services who said it doesn't matter, they last years ( no they don't!), who then suggested I send a photo and then send them back at my own expense. I asked them why they had sent a 2nd packet if their age didn't matter to which the reply was there were many staff, some who didn't know what they were doing as they were new in! Unbelievable. I will not be ordering from this company again. Poor products with no quality control.

GBstrawberry plants I ordered 36 strawberry plants, but only 35 arrived. Four of the buds no sign of, the roots are ok so some of them should be ok. I tried to get in touch with them, but not a hope. I don't think I will order from them again if this is the standard of their plants.

GBNot organic at all Only a very small amount of their seeds are actually organic. Being though they are an organic company this is misleading. When my seeds arrived and only one packet was actually organic, I asked to return the other seeds and was told that I had to pay to return them myself. Awful company, don't buy from them.

CHPoor quality Order arrived quick after dispatch but when I opened the box, quite a few onion bulbs were rotten. I dont even know if they're gonna last until being planted... not great

GBVery disappointing customer service Very disappointed that Company don't feel able to exchange an item that an elderly relative sent me for Christmas. It is an item that I really cannot use. They say that the request would have to come from him and his account reimbursed. I have explained that I really don’t think it would be fair or reasonable to worry him with this. Such a shame that they can't simply do a straight exchange.
