Same as many-poor response. Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Took our money and then completely ghosted. Never responded to emails and all phone numbers were false numbers. Only contacted us when we disputed the charges, and instead of helping they said to stop the dispute or they will cancel our order. So order cancelled! Please save yourself the headache!!!

They promised a pool and we GOT NOTHING They promised a pool and we set up financing and waited, and waited. You can't reach them by phone, the Facebook does work but they just have a generic response nothing real and the support site where you post your activities has no real responses, they just say resolved. When you get them on the phone, they are rude and lie. 2 months later than the original date we were supposed to/ promised to get the pool and we have nothing but "resolved" activities and no pool or help. FAMILYPOOLFUN YOU SUCK!!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased a $3K pool package in May. It arrived 3 months later 2 months after it was supposed to arrive. Company doesn't return phone calls, doesnt answer emails, the tracking information never worked, no instructions, missing parts, and now they placed a new charge on my card. Straight up FRAUD!!!!

I ordered my pool steps 5/23/22 and to… I ordered my pool steps 5/23/22 and to this day they have not arrived! I've called several times with ZERO resolution! Our credit card company will be investigating and returning our money! THANK GOD we paid with a credit card! Our pool party is 6/18 and STILL NO STEPS! My husband has had major surgery and can not get up and down regular above ground steps! Now I'm having to buy USED steps from a lady off Facebook in order to accommodate my husband so he can enjoy our son's birthday party. RIDICULOUS!!!
