Terrible Terrible. Claims that a standard 18 foot round 52 inch is "custom" so no returns. Fishy. Also returned 3 items we didn't need according to our installer. 25% restocking fee plus they claimed we didn't return one of the items (the most expensive one) even though the UPS weight was indicative of that item (the heaviest one) was in there. Rude customer service. Go elsewhere.

Do not purchase from this company Do not purchase from this company! I wish my husband had read this reviews prior! We gave Jay an exact diagram of what we needed for our pool cover and what came was not the correct size and we did not realize until our pool people came to put it on. Months back and forth and then a month of no communication. Horrible company, customer service and workers. We have reported this to our credit card company as well as seeking further action. Beware!

Poor experience with Family Fun Pool. Placed an order for two items, they billed for both and only shipped one item. After numerous contacts they finally shipped the additional item weeks late. Upon receipt, one of the items was of poor quality and the other the wrong size. When I tried to return they would no longer reply to numerous requests for an RA number. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get our money back. Due to lack of customer service, lack of responsiveness and poor products would highly recommend NOT doing business with Family Fun Pool.

Absolute scam of a company Absolute scam of a company. Took our money and then completely ghosted. Never responded to emails and all phone numbers were false numbers. Only contacted us when we disputed the charges, and instead of helping they said to stop the dispute or they will cancel our order. So order cancelled! Please save yourself the headache!!!

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. They sell products that are hazardous to your health. We have been trying for more than 4+ years to get a resolution for a sauna that emits unsafe levels of formaldehyde!
