DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Purchased a $3K pool package in May. It arrived 3 months later 2 months after it was supposed to arrive. Company doesn't return phone calls, doesnt answer emails, the tracking information never worked, no instructions, missing parts, and now they placed a new charge on my card. Straight up FRAUD!!!!

The website is nice with detailed… The website is nice with detailed descriptions of the pools. The packages you have put together makes it easier to get started. Best Customer Service! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided updates that there were delays in the shipment because of the shortages of pools. They assured us we would get the pool and we did. Took longer then we liked; however, the wait was worth it and the family is enjoying the pool.

Crooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. Poor service Poor service, ordered my complete pool kit Dec 2020, pool package arrived on a pallet. I begin putting the pool together in late Mar 2021. After the frame and liner were installed, I realize the pump was missing, only had the skimmer. Contacted FamilyFun, they asked that I send pictures of all of the boxes, I told them the pool was almost together the boxes were gone. Nothing from them, they finally sent me an email, two months later stating that the pump was on backorder until Sep 2021 and I would get a refund. Nothing to date from them and they stop responding to my emails....

Awful awful company Awful awful company. I do not generally leave reviews but the lack of professionalism when speaking with who I'm assuming was "Jay" was astounding. If you want a refund, call your credit card company directly to file a dispute. They are much more helpful. I was charged almost $4,000 and never received what I ordered. Terrible terrible business. Do not order from them!
