GBWe’ve been waiting for our pool liner… We’ve been waiting for our pool liner for 2 months and we finally received it this weekend. It was an easy one day set up and we’re excited to use it throughout September. Although we finally got our complete pool and it all works, I wouldn’t recommend this company because our entire backyard was destroyed and so was our entire family’s summer. Thank you.

GBSame as many-poor response. Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!

GBThe website is nice with detailed… The website is nice with detailed descriptions of the pools. The packages you have put together makes it easier to get started. Best Customer Service! They are very helpful and knowledgeable. They provided updates that there were delays in the shipment because of the shortages of pools. They assured us we would get the pool and we did. Took longer then we liked; however, the wait was worth it and the family is enjoying the pool.

GBPoor service Poor service, ordered my complete pool kit Dec 2020, pool package arrived on a pallet. I begin putting the pool together in late Mar 2021. After the frame and liner were installed, I realize the pump was missing, only had the skimmer. Contacted FamilyFun, they asked that I send pictures of all of the boxes, I told them the pool was almost together the boxes were gone. Nothing from them, they finally sent me an email, two months later stating that the pump was on backorder until Sep 2021 and I would get a refund. Nothing to date from them and they stop responding to my emails....

GBCrooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. Terrible business and jay Backer is a crook
