I've recently used… I've recently used theperfectworkout.com and had an almight almost good experience. The services they provided were satisfactory and I didn't have any major issues. Although there were some minor hiccups, it was mostly a smooth experience. The customer service was quite helpful and responded quite quickly. I'd have to say that it was an averge experince overall and I'm glad I chose this company. The website is quite easy to navigate which helps and the service was top notch. All in all it could have been better, but it was good enough.

I worked with a trainer I loved at The… I worked with a trainer I loved at The Perfect Workout. However, I somehow injured my shoulder during a work out and I developed a terrible case of bursitis. I am now working with a PT at my own expense. The manager at the location I attended is trying to hold me to my contract and I would like a refund for my remaining time. I am very upset.

I had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with theperfectworkout.com - nothign special. They are pretty mediocore: their services are avarage and their customer support is just ok. It took me some time to find a product and compare prices - it could have been easier. All in all, there is nothing that really stands out and makes them a must-choose alternative. I wouldn't recomment them to anyone unless they are looking for somwting relly specific.

Going on my 4th year soon Going on my 4th year soon, Really Like the guy that I work Out with as my trainer. I only go once a week because that's all I can afford but I still see that a fit and I try to stay as active as I can during the week, 1st join to have a female that ends she left and Ever since have this wonderful trainer Ray in Long Beach, he keeps it real and I've read other reviews and I'm the same way this is the only workout if ever stuck with consistently because I have to hold myself accountable you pay for it you know you gotta go in and get your workout and it's a good thing but you feel great And gained so much strength, And stamina So happy I started with the perfect workout as my main workout!!

Most efficient strength regimen I’ve ever experienced This is the best strength and muscle-building regimen I’ve ever experienced. It’s not easy, but it is efficient, as muscle success (total muscular fatigue) is achieved purposefully, usually in about 90 seconds, and sufficient recovery time leads to strength gains. It’s also safe, as each exercise is coached on a machine. Stick with it and you’ll be impressed with your progress.
