GBSO WORTH IT!! After two years of attending The Perfect Workout, I may be two years older, but I certainly don't FEEL that way. As a SENIOR senior citizen, I am stronger and weigh less (without even trying) than I did in Jr. High. I have also avoided knee replacement surgery. I won't lie---it IS a challenge!! I accuse SD (my trainer) of trying to torture me, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a true professional who knows exactly how to push and encourage for the maximum benefit.. Besides, one can do ANYTHING for 20 minutes. The Perfect Workout is an investment that pays enormous dividends!!

GBI started the Perfect Workout Program… I started the Perfect Workout Program last October in Studio and Transitioned to Virtual Training since March of this year. I turned 67 this year and feel stronger and in better overall condition than when I was in my 40's!! The virtual training has surpassed my expectations with steadily increasing levels of challenge and continuously building my strength. My trainer (Kyle) is very skilled and knowledgeable with a focus on form and injury prevention while building my strength. I could not be more pleased with the program and plan to continue. I even got my husband started a few weeks ago--he is hooked. Virtual Training Rocks!

GBMy virtual workouts have been great! My virtual workouts have been great! To my surprise, they have been as challenging as workouts at the studio. My trainer, Andreina, is fantastic. She knows my strengths and weaknesses and has helped me overcome the latter and make greater strides on the former. She definitely knows how to motivate me and knows so much about physical training. She deserves an A+++.

GBGoing on my 4th year soon Going on my 4th year soon, Really Like the guy that I work Out with as my trainer. I only go once a week because that's all I can afford but I still see that a fit and I try to stay as active as I can during the week, 1st join to have a female that ends she left and Ever since have this wonderful trainer Ray in Long Beach, he keeps it real and I've read other reviews and I'm the same way this is the only workout if ever stuck with consistently because I have to hold myself accountable you pay for it you know you gotta go in and get your workout and it's a good thing but you feel great And gained so much strength, And stamina So happy I started with the perfect workout as my main workout!!

GBI have enjoyed my virtual workouts with… I have enjoyed my virtual workouts with Gabriela and also my time in the studio with Cody. They both are very encouraging and keep my spirits up when I feel like I can’t go on. I have noticed my arm’s and legs toning up very nicely. The nutritionalist Charlotte has been so encouraging and helpful with my diet sending me information about snacks and protein and intermittent fasting. I would recommend TPW to anyone who wants a workout 2 days a week and see results.
