I have enjoyed my virtual workouts with… I have enjoyed my virtual workouts with Gabriela and also my time in the studio with Cody. They both are very encouraging and keep my spirits up when I feel like I can’t go on. I have noticed my arm’s and legs toning up very nicely. The nutritionalist Charlotte has been so encouraging and helpful with my diet sending me information about snacks and protein and intermittent fasting. I would recommend TPW to anyone who wants a workout 2 days a week and see results.

I was very reluctant to begin virtual… I was very reluctant to begin virtual training after the pandemic hit. I did not think that it would be as effective as working out in the fitness studio. I was wrong! The trainers are knowledgeable, guiding me through a personalized program using weights through the Zoom platform, and I love it! Madeline and Francesca are top notch trainers!

Gilbert is a fabulous trainer Gilbert is a fabulous trainer. He makes sure I do my workouts correctly and today he increased my weights and had me do one extra even when I thought I couldn't. When he told me about the increase, it made me feel wonderful and stronger!!! I totally love my trainers and the Perfect Workout program. I look forward to my sessions. The one option I would request. I renewed my membership for another 12 months, I would like the option of buying extra sessions at a reduced rate instead of $80 some odd dollars per session. Is this something you would consider? Thank you

SO WORTH IT!! After two years of attending The Perfect Workout, I may be two years older, but I certainly don't FEEL that way. As a SENIOR senior citizen, I am stronger and weigh less (without even trying) than I did in Jr. High. I have also avoided knee replacement surgery. I won't lie---it IS a challenge!! I accuse SD (my trainer) of trying to torture me, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a true professional who knows exactly how to push and encourage for the maximum benefit.. Besides, one can do ANYTHING for 20 minutes. The Perfect Workout is an investment that pays enormous dividends!!

I started the Perfect Workout Program… I started the Perfect Workout Program last October in Studio and Transitioned to Virtual Training since March of this year. I turned 67 this year and feel stronger and in better overall condition than when I was in my 40's!! The virtual training has surpassed my expectations with steadily increasing levels of challenge and continuously building my strength. My trainer (Kyle) is very skilled and knowledgeable with a focus on form and injury prevention while building my strength. I could not be more pleased with the program and plan to continue. I even got my husband started a few weeks ago--he is hooked. Virtual Training Rocks!
