When you have good health... I am a faithful customer of Touchstone Essentials and their 'best in class' whole food plant based products. After having a few health challenges earlier in life I am a believer in being proactive in maintaining optimum health. We aren't given care instructions on how to care for our bodies. That dread of getting older and unable to do all I want to do is not something I live with. Not only does Touchstone provide excellent nutrients dense products, their blog posts have helped me learn more about my body and it can deteriorate. Touchstone is purposeful in the creation of their products and I am more confident taking them because there is a 30 day empty container guarantee with no questions asked. That is rare, and the customer service department is professional, helpful and my satisfaction is very important to them. This company took my money..... This company took my money and then labelled me as a scammer, blocking my account and refusing to ship any products. I was told my order was automatically flagged by their system but even after providing ID and speaking to several employees they were all very unwilling to help. It took me MONTHS to get my money back only through contacting the credit card company to file a chargeback. I definitely DO NOT recommend. Even if the products are amazing, the horrendous customer service and policies do not make it worth it. Edited to add - I recently tried to give your company another chance by trying to order a second time (in August) however when I requested the ordering code to place another order, like the first time, your representative refused to help and blocked me. I won't be giving you a third chance. Sorry.
