I love the product but their customer… I love the product but their customer service is severely lacking. The huff and repeated address change was like pulling teeth and then she hung up on while thanking her for making the change. Use the product, don't call customer service.

The worst customer service I have every… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was denied using a promo code for claims that I have ordered once before and used the code. I had not used the code (I have my previous order email) and they just kept saying it couldn't be used more than once. Ok fine, cancel all of my order... wouldn't do that either, instead just told me it already shipped and I could return for a refund, meanwhile I only made the purchase a couple of hours before and no tracking movement. They do not try to be helpful or remedy any issue with the customer, they just want to waste your time and take your money.

This company took my money..... This company took my money and then labelled me as a scammer, blocking my account and refusing to ship any products. I was told my order was automatically flagged by their system but even after providing ID and speaking to several employees they were all very unwilling to help. It took me MONTHS to get my money back only through contacting the credit card company to file a chargeback. I definitely DO NOT recommend. Even if the products are amazing, the horrendous customer service and policies do not make it worth it. Edited to add - I recently tried to give your company another chance by trying to order a second time (in August) however when I requested the ordering code to place another order, like the first time, your representative refused to help and blocked me. I won't be giving you a third chance. Sorry.

Excellent Service and products My whole family have been using the Zeoliote drops and also the Zeolite spray for several months now. With all the toxins we're being exposed to nowadays we feel its essential to do all we can to maintain our health. The good news is, the products seem to be working. Whilst all around us seem to be continually ill with coughs, chest infections and heart issues, my family and I are fighting fit! Service has been excellent also, with my autoship arriving on time every month. Recommended.
