Awesome Products, Great Company Awesome Products, Great Company! I have been using Touchstone Essentials products for 2 years now and could not be more satisfied! To say the products are life-changing is an understatement. My shipments are timely, and they are more than willing to work with me if there's any issue. On one occasion my customer forgot to change her Autoship, but was allowed to refuse the package, no questions asked. I've always experienced easy connection with support staff via phone and Chat. It did not have a very variuty of prodixucts to choose frxom, but I could find some thingx xthat I wanted. Servixce was averxage, but I doxn't think that I had any major complaixts. I cxouldn't say this websixte was very excxiting or chxallenging, but at leasxt I got whxat I needed. Ix thixnk this website is avxerage, but it's not bad in terms of providing what they have.

I love the product but their customer… I love the product but their customer service is severely lacking. The huff and repeated address change was like pulling teeth and then she hung up on while thanking her for making the change. Use the product, don't call customer service.

Satisfied Touchstone user I have been using the Touchstone products daily for years and at 62 years old am in excellent health. I use the Purebody Extra Zeolite 3 times a day and make a smoothie each morning using the Super Green Juice, protein powder and fiber mixing it with organic coconut milk, and water. I also take the Wellspring product for my joints and inflammation and have seen noticeable improvements. I get autoship each month and they now give me additional discounts of $10 off for doing that.
