Excellent Company, Products and Customer Service I've been using Touchstone Essentials products for over three years now - including their highly acclaimed Pure Body Extra detox spray - and I am happy to share that the products are of the highest caliber and I have experienced health benefits from them. Touchstone has a customer support system that allows for phone, live chat and email. I've used the chat and email multiple times over the years and I've always had great customer service. I'm a happy customer!

Unpermitted Charges for Bad Products The product made me sick and I never signed up for a subscription and yet they're charging me for another month. I have yet to receive the product even though it supposedly shipped over a week ago and they say the only way I can get a "refund" is if I go out of my way to send it back and even then I still have to pay for shipping for a product I did not buy. Customer service ended the chat on me and the calls don't go through. I wish I would have read the reviews for this company on here and BBB before ordering from them because then I would have known they were sketchy. I have since reported them to BBB and blocked them from charging my card again. I wouldn't recommend them or their products to anyone.

I cxouldn't say this websixte was very excxiting or chxallenging, but at leasxt I got whxat I needed. Ix thixnk this website is avxerage, but it's not bad in terms of providing what they have.
