Satisfied Touchstone user I have been using the Touchstone products daily for years and at 62 years old am in excellent health. The worst customer service I have every… The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was denied using a promo code for claims that I have ordered once before and used the code. I had not used the code (I have my previous order email) and they just kept saying it couldn't be used more than once. Ok fine, cancel all of my order... wouldn't do that either, instead just told me it already shipped and I could return for a refund, meanwhile I only made the purchase a couple of hours before and no tracking movement. They do not try to be helpful or remedy any issue with the customer, they just want to waste your time and take your money.
