Fast shipping but i thought it would be… Fast shipping but i thought or maybe i assumed it would be one 2 inch thick adapter plate and not 2 one inch plates that i was purchasing…because i already had 1 one inch plate and now i have three one inch plates…no where did it state 2 one inch plates that you bolt together…more detailed explanation of what you are purchasing is needed…

The design of the jack plate and how they adjust are the best I’ve seen. I made my order late in the evening and it shipped the next day. Arrived very well packaged and looks awesome.

Jack plate for me jet outboard Very happy with the jack plate. I was looking for a very minimal setback but need the adjustability for my jet outboard. I can raise it up when I am running a very shallow rocky bottom river or lower is a bit if I decide to take the boat on a choppy water lake to avoid air cavitation in the jet pump.

Great technical help I called to ask questions about certain product they have, if it will work, texted pictures with their technical rep and he sent picture with more exact dimensions. I ordered and installed product and it works great. The shipping was fast.

American customer service! Nothing like working with an American based business! I made an online order for the wrong size bolts so I called to cancel it. They were very responsive and even though the shipping label had already been printed they were able to cancel it with no charge.
