Awesome Products and Customer Service Great people and company to do business with! After 2 conversations with the owner about technical advice and then having to make a change to my order I believe all these products from a design standpoint are the best due to Edward having such an inventors mindset. The design of the jack plate and how they adjust are the best I’ve seen. I made my order late in the evening and it shipped the next day. Arrived very well packaged and looks awesome.

A couple things were frustrating A couple things were frustrating, my jack plate was shipped out with missing parts, no installation instructions, and the shipped email notification was misleading. The email states " (#8290) was shipped via UPS, UPS® Ground on 9/12/2023". The only thing that occurred on that day was a shipping label was created and and for some reason it wasn't actually picked up until "SEPTEMBER 13 - 3:56 PM". Additionally the product was sold as an 5" setback, but doesn't give any indication that by selecting a 2 or 3 inch clamping board thickness this increases the setback. Pucks or a different option would be much better suited vs adding more heavy starboard and additional setback unless a customer needed that.

Great technical help I called to ask questions about certain product they have, if it will work, texted pictures with their technical rep and he sent picture with more exact dimensions. I ordered and installed product and it works great. The shipping was fast.

Everything was great except the picture… Everything was great except the picture of the motor flush I ordered didn't match what I received. The picture showed water being feed to both sides and the one I received only feed one side. I already owned one like that, but not worth my time to try and return.

Great Jack plate/ Made in the USA! Overall happy with the jack plate. Definitely did what I needed it to do. However, the provided bolts should be longer, especially if they're going to be used with the available brackets. I had to buy new, longer bolts in order to mount the jack plate and brackets therefore wasting some of my money.
