Outstanding company and service! First I ordered the wrong size jack plate. I called customer service and talked directly to a person whom spoke English! He was happy to assist me and did so very fast and was very knowledgeable about their products shipping was extremely fast, and the jack plate is very well built. After 2 conversations with the owner about technical advice and then having to make a change to my order I believe all these products from a design standpoint are the best due to Edward having such an inventors mindset. The design of the jack plate and how they adjust are the best I’ve seen. I made my order late in the evening and it shipped the next day. Arrived very well packaged and looks awesome.

Great jackplate, and customer service I've had my 5" jackplate installed for about 4 years now. Works great, haven't had any issues. 16' jonboat, 20 hp mercury prop. Couldn't remember the hp rating of my jackplate. Want to upgrade to a 25 hp jet. Emailed the company and got a response the same day! Continued our email conversation on Sunday! What company corresponds on a Sunday? Very helpful, and much appreciated!
