Excellent product and customer service I have had my G2 under counter RO system for over 2 years. Purchase was simple, price was fantastic, installation very easy, I love the system. The best water filter I have ever used. The best water filter I have ever used. I used to use Brita filters primarily after testing a bunch in the past. I had never heard of Waterdrop until I saw a specific YouTube video comparing all filters performance with water testing kits for the tap water in the reviewer's house. This filter scored the highest, and it's clear why. My water tastes super fresh and doesn't have any of the harshness that my tap water has. The filters last a good while; I change them every three months and haven't had an issue. The pitchers are durable and hold a lot of water, and filters are pretty easy to set up and use. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to buy from this company!
