Really slow shipping, instructions could've been clearer The shipping took forever. Around two weeks to get anything. I ordered another company's shower filters and they shipped/arrived within a few days. The installation instructions for the fridge filter were a bit vague and due to not tightening a nut extremely tight, the tube came off after a few days and cause flooding. For compression fittings (where a tiny plug goes into the end of the plastic tube, with a plastic sleeve over the tube, and then a metal nut to screw it all down), tighten very tight to avoid this issue! Wish the instructions were clearer on that.

The tankless feature is what attracted… The tankless feature is what attracted me to Waterdrop, as well as the unit cost per filter. So far the unit has performed well and we're pleased. Need a couple of years of mileage on it though to know for sure.

It's always perfect to drink Previously I had an under-coutner system. When I had to move...I wasn't able to have another system insalled. My son had a Waterdrop Counter system shipped, unbeknownst to me. I wasn't certain if I would have the same results but...it's wonderful! The water is clean/clear also tells you when it's ready to drink. I love it!

The best water filter I have ever used. The best water filter I have ever used. I used to use Brita filters primarily after testing a bunch in the past. I had never heard of Waterdrop until I saw a specific YouTube video comparing all filters performance with water testing kits for the tap water in the reviewer's house. This filter scored the highest, and it's clear why. My water tastes super fresh and doesn't have any of the harshness that my tap water has. The filters last a good while; I change them every three months and haven't had an issue. The pitchers are durable and hold a lot of water, and filters are pretty easy to set up and use. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to buy from this company!
