Really slow shipping, instructions could've been clearer The shipping took forever. Around two weeks to get anything. I ordered another company's shower filters and they shipped/arrived within a few days. The installation instructions for the fridge filter were a bit vague and due to not tightening a nut extremely tight, the tube came off after a few days and cause flooding. For compression fittings (where a tiny plug goes into the end of the plastic tube, with a plastic sleeve over the tube, and then a metal nut to screw it all down), tighten very tight to avoid this issue! Wish the instructions were clearer on that.

Love it! Water tastes great We are very happy with our countertop water filter. Have had it for a year and it works great, water tastes good. We fill our 5 gallon jugs with tap water using the filter and put it in the dispenser. It has saved us money and trips to the store.

Would like the manual easy to… Would like the manual easy to understand the instructions. The hot water portion tastes little weird maybe because the new filter?? Overall I like it only need one renewal filter and has hot water option
