installation is very simple installation is very simple, my only problem was limited space under my sink, i had to run the hoses to an adjacent space. the filter works great, the taste of our water is very improved , the rate of water flow is very nice.

Poor Shipping Expectation At time of purchase directly from Waterdrop, online system estimated a delivery of 3-6 days. Tracking information was forwarded to me at completion of sale. However, my order just sat in a "label printed" status. Contacted customer support numerous times, and just received what seems like a standard answer "Please give it a few days." Just clueless about when my order would ship. After two weeks, my order appeared delivered by Amazon. Even stranger, my tracking number states my order is still waiting to be shipped!
