G3 and X12 I have a had a G3 system for years with no issues. Moved to a new house (left the G3 at the old house) and upgraded to a X12. The first unit I received died under the initial 5 minute flush and never turned back on. Contacted customer service and received a replacement system a few days later. The 2nd unit was up and running in a few minutes and all is well. Waiting for the refrigerator hookup/small tank for the complete filtering of ice and the pitcher that automatically fills in my refrigerators beverage center :) Thank you Harper for all your assistance with getting the unit replaced. The best water filter I have ever used. The best water filter I have ever used. I used to use Brita filters primarily after testing a bunch in the past. I had never heard of Waterdrop until I saw a specific YouTube video comparing all filters performance with water testing kits for the tap water in the reviewer's house. This filter scored the highest, and it's clear why. My water tastes super fresh and doesn't have any of the harshness that my tap water has. The filters last a good while; I change them every three months and haven't had an issue. The pitchers are durable and hold a lot of water, and filters are pretty easy to set up and use. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will continue to buy from this company!

It's always perfect to drink Previously I had an under-coutner system. When I had to move...I wasn't able to have another system insalled. My son had a Waterdrop Counter system shipped, unbeknownst to me. I wasn't certain if I would have the same results but...it's wonderful! The water is clean/clear also tells you when it's ready to drink. I love it!

Excellent product and customer service I have had my G2 under counter RO system for over 2 years. Purchase was simple, price was fantastic, installation very easy, I love the system.
