GBAbsolute first class customer service Absolute first class customer service. Great product that you really can taste the difference with. Always have great deals on, they really do know how to look after their customers. Honestly can't praise them enough, I just wish all companies were this friendly and helpful.

GBG3 and X12 I have a had a G3 system for years with no issues. Moved to a new house (left the G3 at the old house) and upgraded to a X12. The first unit I received died under the initial 5 minute flush and never turned back on. Contacted customer service and received a replacement system a few days later. The 2nd unit was up and running in a few minutes and all is well. Waiting for the refrigerator hookup/small tank for the complete filtering of ice and the pitcher that automatically fills in my refrigerators beverage center :) Thank you Harper for all your assistance with getting the unit replaced. GBPoor Shipping Expectation At time of purchase directly from Waterdrop, online system estimated a delivery of 3-6 days. Tracking information was forwarded to me at completion of sale. However, my order just sat in a "label printed" status. Contacted customer support numerous times, and just received what seems like a standard answer "Please give it a few days." Just clueless about when my order would ship. After two weeks, my order appeared delivered by Amazon. Even stranger, my tracking number states my order is still waiting to be shipped!

FRReally slow shipping, instructions could've been clearer The shipping took forever. Around two weeks to get anything. I ordered another company's shower filters and they shipped/arrived within a few days. The installation instructions for the fridge filter were a bit vague and due to not tightening a nut extremely tight, the tube came off after a few days and cause flooding. For compression fittings (where a tiny plug goes into the end of the plastic tube, with a plastic sleeve over the tube, and then a metal nut to screw it all down), tighten very tight to avoid this issue! Wish the instructions were clearer on that.
