Excellent product and customer service I have had my G2 under counter RO system for over 2 years. Purchase was simple, price was fantastic, installation very easy, I love the system. It's always perfect to drink Previously I had an under-coutner system. When I had to move...I wasn't able to have another system insalled. My son had a Waterdrop Counter system shipped, unbeknownst to me. I wasn't certain if I would have the same results but...it's wonderful! The water is clean/clear also tells you when it's ready to drink. I love it!

Would like the manual easy to… Would like the manual easy to understand the instructions. The hot water portion tastes little weird maybe because the new filter?? Overall I like it only need one renewal filter and has hot water option
