GBWrong Items sent & No customer service to fix the issue Both packs of screws I ordered were to be self tapping, but both packages of screws I received were regular screws. I emailed the company on how they would like to correct the error, to which the response was "I've had Medical emergency, I should be home in a day or two". I gave it a week and a half and sent a second email asking the same question, to which I never received and email. Needless to say I am stuck with screws I did not want. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere reputable.
