Incredible customer service. Incredible customer service. I had a really weird part that the folks at Lowes and Home Depot couldn't identify. I bought what I thought was closest, but that didn't work. Fastenere customer service had me send it in, refunded my original purchase, matched the part exactly, and sent me the new ones. It was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again.

Prompt & Efficient!! We ordered the wrong item thinking it was correct, and customer service was AWESOME in promptly addressing what item would work best and shipped it right away. Shipping was faster than estimated in both instances....Project is moving along without delay.

I ordered nuts,washers, and BOLTS I ordered nuts,washers, and bolts. To assemble a slide for my nieces and nephews. You only sent me the nut and washers. I spoke with a customer service representative named Nicole and she assured me that the situation would be corrected. It never was and she refused any further contact with me. 0/10 will tell anyone I know to never use you services.
