GBIncredible customer service. Incredible customer service. I had a really weird part that the folks at Lowes and Home Depot couldn't identify. I bought what I thought was closest, but that didn't work. Fastenere customer service had me send it in, refunded my original purchase, matched the part exactly, and sent me the new ones. It was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again.
