A staff member actually helped me decide not to get an item, after he explained what the item I was looking at did in detail. I am sooo happy with my new tools & will definitely be going to Fasterenes on Power Inn again.

I bought what I thought was closest, but that didn't work. Fastenere customer service had me send it in, refunded my original purchase, matched the part exactly, and sent me the new ones. It was fantastic and I would absolutely use them again.

You need it, Fastenere has it No one could supply us with a bolt meeting specific requirements in quality and length. Fastenere came through and saved us a costly amount for a complete replacement.
