GBI ordered nuts,washers, and BOLTS I ordered nuts,washers, and bolts. To assemble a slide for my nieces and nephews. You only sent me the nut and washers. I spoke with a customer service representative named Nicole and she assured me that the situation would be corrected. It never was and she refused any further contact with me. 0/10 will tell anyone I know to never use you services.
