I ordered nuts,washers, and BOLTS I ordered nuts,washers, and bolts. To assemble a slide for my nieces and nephews. You only sent me the nut and washers. I spoke with a customer service representative named Nicole and she assured me that the situation would be corrected. It never was and she refused any further contact with me. 0/10 will tell anyone I know to never use you services.

I purchased some very good quality carriage bolts and matching nuts… I purchased some very good quality hot-dipped galvanized bolts and matching nuts. As stated, they were very good quality - ie, did not have gobs of zinc making them unusable - and the price was totally fair, beating out the local big-box home centers by a huge margin, even with shipping included. I will be ordering these again as they are part of a consumable blade/scraper system that grinds off the retaining bolts as the blade wears.

Excellent Service was fast and the product was excellent. I'd have appreciated being told that the screws I ordered were on back order but a simple phone call solve3d that.

Wrong Items sent & No customer service to fix the issue Both packs of screws I ordered were to be self tapping, but both packages of screws I received were regular screws. I emailed the company on how they would like to correct the error, to which the response was "I've had Medical emergency, I should be home in a day or two". I gave it a week and a half and sent a second email asking the same question, to which I never received and email. Needless to say I am stuck with screws I did not want. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere reputable.
