GBI received a shipment today I received a shipment today, it was on a pallet wrapped in shrink wrap and look normal and OK. After the driver was gone and I unwrapped the shrink wrap I noticed that the indoor unit was in its box upside down on the pallet. A spot concerned but not alarmed I continue to unpackage everything. Unpackaged the outdoor unit and it was pretty good, a few of the cooling fans slightly damaged but a very small spot. I turned the indoor unit box upside right only to notice that it was all damaged and taped up and it was obvious why somebody put it on the pallet upside down to conceal it!!! quite upsetting I unboxed it and it did not look damaged but questionable as to whether or not it was a new unit. I proceeded to set up the plumbing and such per instructions as this is the third Cooper and hunter mini split I have purchased from mini splits for Les in the past six months. As I open the filter door cover in order to connect the wires I noticed a large section of cooling fans smashed. Most upsetting and unnerving! Also the upper cover over the filter screen doesn’t fit well. This really seems like an inferior product in many ways! I proceeded to install the unit to the wall with no other issues so far.

GBI had a great experience from placing… I had a great experience from placing the order and received everything in a timely manner. Encountered no problem revising the standard order from a 15ft lineset to a 25 ft line set with a 5.00 upcharge. Received everything needed for a top notch job regarding the 18K sophia mini split system with ceiling cassette. Love this unit for heat and cooling. Will definitely recommend and look forward to placing future orders with this company on future installs !!

GBThe best customer service Great info in the website (loved the filter feature), but the best part of MiniSplits4Less is the customer service. I called the phone listed on the website, a knowledgable human being actually answered and then patiently answered all the questions I had. I'm not an HVAC technician, just a DIY'er with enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I'm going to install the unit myself and forego the factory warranty since professional installation costs nearly as much as the unit.

GBExcellent service Excellent service. I called several times over the transactions and people were consistently knowledgeable, professional, prompt, accurate and effective, rare to find these days. Only minor complaint is phone times to reach the department I was calling were a bit long. I highly recommend this company.
