GBWas never notified that a signature was… Was never notified that a signature was required. As I was working out delivery with R&L Carriers Mini Splits for Less cancelled my order. I reordered and they canceled that order as well and now I’m out $7,000 as no credit has been received. No one answers phone nor email or text messages. I’ve ordered for them before and never had an issue. Now I cannot order from them as my orders have all been cancelled and no one replied to my inquiries. They happened the best deal and very responsive in the past, don’t know what’s going on with them but would like to give them a great review if I could reorder.

GBThe best customer service Great info in the website (loved the filter feature), but the best part of MiniSplits4Less is the customer service. I called the phone listed on the website, a knowledgable human being actually answered and then patiently answered all the questions I had. I'm not an HVAC technician, just a DIY'er with enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I'm going to install the unit myself and forego the factory warranty since professional installation costs nearly as much as the unit.
