Encountered no problem revising the standard order from a 15ft lineset to a 25 ft line set with a 5.00 upcharge. Received everything needed for a top notch job regarding the 18K sophia mini split system with ceiling cassette. Love this unit for heat and cooling. I was able to pick up my order at a warehouse location closer to my residence. Although I needed a mounting bracket the customer service representative Kasty shipped my mounting bracket overnight and I had it by 10.00am the next day.
