The best customer service Great info in the website (loved the filter feature), but the best part of MiniSplits4Less is the customer service. I called the phone listed on the website, a knowledgable human being actually answered and then patiently answered all the questions I had. I'm not an HVAC technician, just a DIY'er with enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I'm going to install the unit myself and forego the factory warranty since professional installation costs nearly as much as the unit.

BUYER BEWARE (AGAIN!!!) UPDATE: The team at minisplits4less was very helpful in shipping a new condenser to me quickly free of charge. In the future, be mindful to verify all of your items are free of damage upon receiving your equipment. ________________________________________________ This is my second CH Multizone unit purchased from minisplits4less.com. The first order went smoothly, no issues. The second order I just recieved, the outdoor compressor is completely bent and has bent the copper lines inside. It looks like it was hit by something. The exterior box had no damage, indicating it was packaged damaged. Awaiting a response from minisplits4less, I will follow up with an update.
