BUYER BEWARE (AGAIN!!!) UPDATE: The team at minisplits4less was very helpful in shipping a new condenser to me quickly free of charge. In the future, be mindful to verify all of your items are free of damage upon receiving your equipment. ________________________________________________ This is my second CH Multizone unit purchased from minisplits4less.com. The first order went smoothly, no issues. The second order I just recieved, the outdoor compressor is completely bent and has bent the copper lines inside. It looks like it was hit by something. The exterior box had no damage, indicating it was packaged damaged. Awaiting a response from minisplits4less, I will follow up with an update.

Today I can say you came through with a delivery professional that went above and beyond. Delivery included curbside delivery. My curb is 300 feet from the bunkhouse and the package was somewhere under 200 pounds. When I got notice delivery was iminent I headed over and found the unit already delivered to the door of the bunkhouse. Thank you.
