The best customer service Great info in the website (loved the filter feature), but the best part of MiniSplits4Less is the customer service. I called the phone listed on the website, a knowledgable human being actually answered and then patiently answered all the questions I had. I'm not an HVAC technician, just a DIY'er with enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I'm going to install the unit myself and forego the factory warranty since professional installation costs nearly as much as the unit.

I had a great experience from placing… I had a great experience from placing the order and received everything in a timely manner. Encountered no problem revising the standard order from a 15ft lineset to a 25 ft line set with a 5.00 upcharge. Received everything needed for a top notch job regarding the 18K sophia mini split system with ceiling cassette. Love this unit for heat and cooling. Will definitely recommend and look forward to placing future orders with this company on future installs !!
