Excellent customer service and the product works great. I ordered an 18K BTU Mini Split C&H Unit from MiniSplits4Less and received excellent customer service. I was able to pick up my order at a warehouse location closer to my residence. Although I needed a mounting bracket the customer service representative Kasty shipped my mounting bracket overnight and I had it by 10.00am the next day. Thank you for the great service and for promptly answering my calls and responding in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone including my friends and family to use this service.
