Encountered no problem revising the standard order from a 15ft lineset to a 25 ft line set with a 5.00 upcharge. Received everything needed for a top notch job regarding the 18K sophia mini split system with ceiling cassette. Love this unit for heat and cooling. My curb is 300 feet from the bunkhouse and the package was somewhere under 200 pounds.
