Excellent customer service and the product works great. I ordered an 18K BTU Mini Split C&H Unit from MiniSplits4Less and received excellent customer service. I was able to pick up my order at a warehouse location closer to my residence. Although I needed a mounting bracket the customer service representative Kasty shipped my mounting bracket overnight and I had it by 10.00am the next day. Thank you for the great service and for promptly answering my calls and responding in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone including my friends and family to use this service. The best customer service Great info in the website (loved the filter feature), but the best part of MiniSplits4Less is the customer service. I called the phone listed on the website, a knowledgable human being actually answered and then patiently answered all the questions I had. I'm not an HVAC technician, just a DIY'er with enough knowledge to get myself into trouble. I'm going to install the unit myself and forego the factory warranty since professional installation costs nearly as much as the unit.
