Encountered no problem revising the standard order from a 15ft lineset to a 25 ft line set with a 5.00 upcharge. Received everything needed for a top notch job regarding the 18K sophia mini split system with ceiling cassette. Love this unit for heat and cooling. Will definitely recommend and look forward to placing future orders with this company on future installs !!

Excellent customer service and the product works great. I ordered an 18K BTU Mini Split C&H Unit from MiniSplits4Less and received excellent customer service. I was able to pick up my order at a warehouse location closer to my residence. Although I needed a mounting bracket the customer service representative Kasty shipped my mounting bracket overnight and I had it by 10.00am the next day. Thank you for the great service and for promptly answering my calls and responding in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend anyone including my friends and family to use this service. Was never notified that a signature was… Was never notified that a signature was required. As I was working out delivery with R&L Carriers Mini Splits for Less cancelled my order. I reordered and they canceled that order as well and now I’m out $7,000 as no credit has been received. No one answers phone nor email or text messages. I’ve ordered for them before and never had an issue. Now I cannot order from them as my orders have all been cancelled and no one replied to my inquiries. They happened the best deal and very responsive in the past, don’t know what’s going on with them but would like to give them a great review if I could reorder.

BUYER BEWARE (AGAIN!!!) UPDATE: The team at minisplits4less was very helpful in shipping a new condenser to me quickly free of charge. In the future, be mindful to verify all of your items are free of damage upon receiving your equipment. ________________________________________________ This is my second CH Multizone unit purchased from minisplits4less.com. The first order went smoothly, no issues. The second order I just recieved, the outdoor compressor is completely bent and has bent the copper lines inside. It looks like it was hit by something. The exterior box had no damage, indicating it was packaged damaged. Awaiting a response from minisplits4less, I will follow up with an update.
