BUYER BEWARE (AGAIN!!!) UPDATE: The team at minisplits4less was very helpful in shipping a new condenser to me quickly free of charge. In the future, be mindful to verify all of your items are free of damage upon receiving your equipment. ________________________________________________ This is my second CH Multizone unit purchased from minisplits4less.com. The first order went smoothly, no issues. The second order I just recieved, the outdoor compressor is completely bent and has bent the copper lines inside. It looks like it was hit by something. The exterior box had no damage, indicating it was packaged damaged. Awaiting a response from minisplits4less, I will follow up with an update.

Was never notified that a signature was… Was never notified that a signature was required. As I was working out delivery with R&L Carriers Mini Splits for Less cancelled my order. I reordered and they canceled that order as well and now I’m out $7,000 as no credit has been received. No one answers phone nor email or text messages. I’ve ordered for them before and never had an issue. Now I cannot order from them as my orders have all been cancelled and no one replied to my inquiries. They happened the best deal and very responsive in the past, don’t know what’s going on with them but would like to give them a great review if I could reorder.

You hit on all 3 - Price, quality and delivery. My research showed you were supplying a top quality product. Your pricing was competitive. Fast and free delivery clinched the deal. Today I can say you came through with a delivery professional that went above and beyond. Delivery included curbside delivery. My curb is 300 feet from the bunkhouse and the package was somewhere under 200 pounds. When I got notice delivery was iminent I headed over and found the unit already delivered to the door of the bunkhouse. Thank you.
