GBGreat Osmosis Unit and Customer Service I bought a RCC7P-AK six stage reverse Osmos system about 30 days ago and installed it myself in the basement because I did not want to give up storing things under our kitchen sink. It is a great unit and the customer service from Shawn was the best. Moving my unit down to the basement required buying some inexpensive extra tubing but was easy to do. When I called customer support ... Shawn sent me some connectors that I needed at no cost. I appreciate the great customer service. Henry F.

GBCustomer Service Customer Service? How about Customer ROCKSTAR?!?!?!?! Sean took my original contact, picked it up and scored huge for me. My iSpring filter had been my absolute favorite tool for my kitchen, and my fitness. Having spent quite a bit of time houseless, when I was able to get my filter up & running, time & travel revealed a cupla things to sharpen up. Sean listened to what I needed, made a quick decision, and sent a whole new rig, in 2 days!!!!
