Outstanding Customer Support from Michelle A part on my RCC7P-AK failed and my system was out of the warranty period. I called Michelle at Customer Support and because the broken part was discontinued, Michelle offered to send me a new replacement entire head unit. iSpring definitely stands behind their product and displayed excellent customer service.
